Our pool inspection is a comprehensive 45 point visual inspection of the pool structure, deck, and mechanical equipment performed by business owner Bob Hitchell who has over 40 years in the pool industry as a designer, builder, and inspector.

An inspection report with written details and photos is provided within 48 hours after the scheduled appointment. Inspections can typically be performed as fast as 3-5 days from the scheduling date.

The typical inspection fee for a swimming pool within the local area is $400. For a combined pool and spa inspection, $500.
